Document retrieval

Whenever possible, Swan independently retrieves required documents. If retrieval isn't possible, Swan may request the documents listed on this page to open an account for your company registered in 🇫🇷 France.

Mandatory documents

Documents marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. All other documents may be requested on a case-by-case basis.

Documents must be written in the Latin alphabet, and must be comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.

Premier transfer*	First transfer*	For self-employed (entrepreneur individuel) individuals only. Must make a first transfer into their payment account from another bank account registered in their name. Bank account must be within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Preuve d'activité	Proof of activity	For professions libérales, provide the URSSAF declaration from the last month.
Justificatif de l'adresse de la société	Proof of company address	Provide a document such as Synthèse INPI, Kbis, or avis de situation INSEE. Must be dated within the last 3 months.
Justificatif de ressources	Proof of income	Submit a tax return (Avis d'imposition) from the previous year, or last month's pay slip (fiches de paie) dated within the last 3 months, or the last URSSAF declaration.
